ISQua, in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), is offering conference and ISQua Fellowship scholarships to individuals from low and lower-middle-income countries (as classified by the World Bank) who would benefit from attending ISQua's Istanbul, Türkiye Conference.

Priority will be given to professionals whose organisations are considered least able to afford such an opportunity. The scholarships are not open to senior country officials. A number of scholarships will be set aside specifically for ISQua Fellows ad Members. Only candidates from Lower Income (LI) and Lower Middle Income (LMI) countries will be considered, based on the WHO and World bank ratings. The aim is to have representation from all WHO Regions, depending on the range of applications received and the set criteria.
