Dear colleagues and partners, 

We are saddened to announce the upcoming retirement of our esteemed CEO, Dr. Carsten Engel, as he comes to the end of his contract.  Carsten will continue to lead ISQua until May 2026 when his tenure comes to an end. Carsten has been an exceptional leader and a driving force behind ISQua’s mission and vision. His commitment to excellence and quality improvement in healthcare has significantly benefited our organization and the global community. 

Throughout his period as CEO, Carsten has demonstrated exemplary leadership, guiding ISQua through numerous challenges and achievements. His dedication to fostering innovation, collaboration, and high standards of care has been nothing short of inspiring. On behalf of the entire ISQua team, the Board extends heartfelt gratitude to Carsten for his invaluable contributions and tireless efforts. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
