ISQua MEMBERSHIP

There are two categories of ISQua membership -

• Individual membership

• Institutional membership

Through ISQua, all categories of members gain links to a world wide network of committed groups and individuals, as well as the following value benefits -

• Six issues during the year of the International Journal for Quality in Health Care, plus full online access including search facilities to other relevant publications.
  Individual members are provided with this for their personal use. Institutions can have open staff access to the Journal and make the Journal available on their library shelves.

• Six ISQua Bulletins each year which include member listings and updates.
  Institutional members receive three copies of each issue of the Bulletin.

• A 2008 Member logo for Institutional member website use
  
  
• Registration for ISQua International Conferences and Meetings at special member rates. Institutional Members can send their representatives to ISQua events at member rates.

• Opportunities to contribute to decisions about ISQua's future as a voting member and as an elected representative.

 Membership fees and payment options for 2008

Membership applies to a calendar year (1 January to 31 December) and fees are reviewed each year. Individuals or institutions who join ISQua later in the year receive all the benefits for their year of membership i.e. back issues of publications, including full ONLINE access to the ISQua Journal.

• Individual membership: $250 Australian Dollars (Approximately £105 UKP, $ 212 USD or Euro 154. Note: currency rates may vary)
• Institutional membership: $1276 Australian Dollars (Approximately £550 UKP, $1060 USD or Euro 778. Note: currency rates may vary)

Other categories of Institutional membership in 2008 : Contact ISQua for details on reduced rates for Institutional Membership for organizations in semi-industrialized and developing countries. There is also an 'affiliation' membership program for national societies or associations whose main aim is to improve safety and quality in healthcare.

Payment by credit card is preferred.
Credit card payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard or American Express cards. Each credit card payment will be billed in Australian dollars. This will appear on the member's credit card statement as Australian dollars converted to their local currency at the conversion rate at the date that payment is collected from the card account.

Credit card details are confidential and all card information is erased immediately after payment is confirmed. Note that credit card information sent via electronic mail (including our online application form) is not encrypted and therefore may not be secure. Electronic transmission of credit card details remains the responsibility of the sender. As an alternative, an application form can be printed and faxed or posted with payment details to ISQua's office. See links to forms below

Payment by cheque should be made payable to ISQua. This can be done by purchasing an international bank cheque/draft for the amount in Australian Dollars and posting payment to ISQua. Bank transfer facilities are also available. For details, contact ISQua.
