Dominique is a Senior Improvement Fellow at the Heath Foundation working on various projects including the Q initiative.
She also works part time as a Consultant in Public Health Medicine and is currently supporting a large teaching hospital to set up a quality improvement programme and develop more effective involvement of patients and the public in health, care and improvement.
Dominique has been a doctor in the NHS for 13 years. She is passionate about improving health and care and her interests include population health, quality improvement and clinical leadership and development. Dominique was named one of HSJ’s Rising Stars in 2015 and has previously been a Darzi Fellow and a recipient of the Prepare to Lead scheme
